Tarrant County receives annual HOME funds to create and maintain affordable housing outside of Fort Worth, Arlington and Grand Prairie. Each of those cities administers and receives their own HOME funds. HOME funds are also used to help potential homebuyers with downpayment and closing costs on a new home.
