Hope & Warmth Energy Fund | National Grid Where can we help you today? Hope & Warmth Energy Fund Program closed for the season. The Hope & Warmth Energy Fund is administered by HeartShare Human Services of New York and provides emergency financial assistance to customers who are having difficulty paying their heat-related energy bills in National Grid’s New York State service area.
Eligible customers can receive one grant: $500 for heating accounts $205 for electric only non-heat account that needs electric to operate their heating system $100 for hot water and/or cooking only accounts To qualify, an applicant must : Reside in a residential home or apartment Have an active National Grid heating account in their name Meet the Enhanced Energy Affordability Program (EEAP) income guidelines Be ineligible for or have not received HEAP in the current season Have an account balance of $1 or more For more information on how to apply, call 1-718-422-4207 or visit the HeartShare Human Services of NY website .
