Step 2: Review The Grant Request For Proposal The grant application must be submitted for the amount announced on June 9, 2026.

All Intent to Apply’s must be submitted using the provided link/form. The form will be available on May 1, 2026 on this website.

SEE 2026 GRANT APPLICATION Step 5: Submit The Grant Application Please keep in mind the following items when submitting your grant application: All Grant Applications (Parts A through D as outlined in the 2026 Grant Application file) must be submitted as one PDF file in the submission form.
In addition to the Grant Application, organizations must also submit: 1) Executive Summary in a Word Document, 2) Organization’s Logo, and 3) Organization’s Wish List. These three additional items must be uploaded separately from the Grant Application in the submission form. Applications can only be accepted by organizations that submitted an Intent to Apply.
