BridgeBio recognizes the importance of quality, professional education that is evidence-based and fair and balanced Close clinical and practice gaps Improve quality and delivery of patient care Facilitate behavioral change Independent Medical Education An independent educational program can be delivered as accredited continuing medical education (CME) or as non-accredited independent medical education (IME) These programs can be at the national, regional, or local level These may include scientific or research conferences and academic meetings Must be educational in nature and planned, designed, and implemented in accordance with the US Food and Drug Administration’s Guidance on Industry-Supported Scientific and Educational Activities Annual corporate membership for a professional medical association or a not-for-profit healthcare focused entity Fellowships at academic institutions or through medical specialty societies/associations providing training or advanced education to HCPs in a particular specialty, therapeutic area, or field of research Amyloid transthyretin cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) Achondroplasia, Hypochondroplasia Limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2I/R9 Autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1 (ADH1) Degenerative cerebral disease RFP: Educational Topic: Implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Cardiovascular Care PDF RFP: BridgeBio ATTR-CM Fellowship Grant PDF We accept applications from a wide range of healthcare organizations, associations, medical specialty societies, academic institutions, hospitals, and medical education companies.
If a third-party provider will be utilized to implement a proposed grant project or program, the provider must not be owned in whole or in part by, or controlled by: A practicing physician or other HCP A group practice of physicians or other HCPs An individual who is an immediate family member of a practicing physician or other HCP Funding from other pharmaceutical/biotechnology companies, in addition to BridgeBio, is preferred (eg, multiple sources of funding) Funds are not granted with the purpose of directly or indirectly encouraging recipients to purchase or prescribe products or services from BridgeBio Funding is permitted only to legally established organizations; a grant cannot be provided to an individual Requesting organization and grant request must be in full compliance with all regional and local codes, laws, and industry regulations, including, but not limited to, anti-corruption, transparency, and privacy laws and regulations Explore videos, white papers, resources and opinions focused on our goal of better serving patients.
