Landmarks of American History and Culture for K-12 Educators Landmarks of American History and Culture for K-12 Educators Faculty Development; Teaching Resources The deadline for this cycle has passed. Landmarks of American History and Culture programs for K-12 educators situate the study of topics and themes in the humanities within sites, areas, or regions of historic and cultural significance to expand participants’ knowledge of and approaches to teaching diverse histories, cultures, and perspectives in the United States and its jurisdictions.
NOFO Webinar: The four videos below offer examples and recommendations for completing a Landmarks application. Video One provides an overview of what Landmarks programs offer and examples of previously funded projects. Video Two addresses each section of the application requirements and includes specific examples from past projects.
