VA Life Insurance Education Hub VA Life Insurance (VALife) Program Transition to Electronic Payments Veterans Affairs Life Insurance (VALife) became available January 1, 2023 and offers guaranteed acceptance whole life coverage of up to $40,000 to Veterans with service-connected disabilities.
