That’s why LISC is proud to partner with comedian and entrepreneur Kevin Hart and tequila maker Juan Domingo Beckmann on The Coramino Fund, a nationwide small business grant program to support entrepreneurs in under-resourced communities. Small business owners have big ideas and big dreams, but many face barriers on their journey.
Small businesses based in and serving low- and moderate-income communities are often less likely to have cash reserves and to obtain capital, which limits their ability to grow. To help close these wealth and opportunity gaps, LISC joined forces with Gran Coramino® Tequila, co-founded by Hart and Beckmann, to create The Coramino Fund.
In its first three rounds, The Coramino Fund has provided $10,000 grants to catalyze growth for more than 150 small businesses across the U.S. that have been unable to secure other capital to expand. LISC is once again joining forces with Gran Coramino® Tequila to award a fourth round of grants through The Coramino Fund.
This new round will focus on supporting small businesses in five cities: Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Houston, and Los Angeles. The application for The Coramino Fund’s fourth round will open on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. The deadline to apply is Monday, April 6, 2026, at 11:59 p.
