Local Government Planning Fund (LGPF) - New Mexico Finance Authority Local Government Planning Fund Local Government Planning Fund Applicants: Local governments, including tribal entities and mutual domestic water consumers associations Projects: Preliminary engineering reports, environmental information documents, water conservation plans, long-term water plans, energy efficiency audits and economic development plans Terms: Grant eligibility is determined by project type and the applicant’s ability to pay for all or a portion of the planning document.
Grants are made on a sliding scale. Applications for the Local Government Planning Fund are reviewed at the NMFA Board Meetings. LGPF applications must be submitted via NMFA’s online system, EnABLE.
