Maternal and Child Health: Wisconsin Family Foundations Home Visiting Program | Wisconsin Department of Health Services Since 2011, the Wisconsin Family Foundations Home Visiting program has helped pregnant people and families. All support is offered at no cost. The program serves parents who are pregnant until their child is 5 years of age.
It helps families engage with resources. It also helps them develop skills to raise kids who are fully healthy and ready to learn. Learn more from the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families.
You can also contact your Regional Center for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs. They help families get answers, find services, and connect to resources. Their services are free and private.
