Mental Health Grant Program - Community Foundation Sonoma County The 2025 Mental Health Program is currently closed. Invitations to this grant program will be made again in Fall 2026. Community Foundation Sonoma County is dedicated to fostering equitable access to mental health services and recognizes the critical role that mental health services hold in promoting well-being and resilience within our communities.
Seniors, youth, people with disabilities, low-income individuals and families, survivors of domestic abuse, BIPOC communities, and LGBTQ+ communities experience disproportionately high mental health risks and have more limited access to relevant, targeted mental health services.
The Mental Health Grant Program aims to support regional nonprofits in their efforts to identify and implement holistic, culturally responsive interventions that promote resiliency and mental health in Sonoma County. Requesting organization is a Sonoma County 501(c)(3) nonprofit or an organization fiscally sponsored by a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Program minimizes barriers to accessing services.
