Louisiana Opportunity Capital – Helping Small Businesses Connect to Capital Launched in 2024, the Louisiana Growth Network is an expanding suite of resources designed by LED and its partners to support small business growth, build capacity, and expand economic opportunity across the state. The Growth Network is a subdivision within Louisiana Innovation (LA.
IO) Peer groups that give executives the opportunity to discuss business practices and management strategies with other executives who deal with similar growth challenges. An annual honor bestowed upon select LED Growth Network companies for outstanding business and community contributions.
