org Simon is a 17-year-old Czech student passionate about space, science communication, and meaningful innovation. He leads LASAR, a student space project that recently launched the first Czech high-school satellite into orbit aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9.
With a team of over 40 students from multiple countries, they develop laser-based technologies to help recover and deorbit non-communicating satellites—tackling space debris while inspiring the next generation of explorers.
