Apply for a Nana Grant — Nana Grants General Eligibility Criteria: Low-income based on FAFSA Student Aid Index (SAI). Pursuing a technical or vocational education, an associate’s degree, or a bachelor’s degree. Enrolled in or accepted to an accredited Georgia college or university.
Maintaining a 2. 0 GPA or equivalent. Making satisfactory academic progress, including completion of at least six or more semester credit hours per semester.
A US citizen or permanent resident. Clarity of school/career goals. Progress toward meeting those goals.
Future plan for meeting those goals. Non-Discrimination Policy: It is the policy of Nana Grants to make financial awards without regard to race, creed, religion, color, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, nationality, or disability. Applicant’s State/Federal ID.
Proof of Residency (this is only required if the address on the parent/guardian's State/Federal ID is NOT the current address). FAFSA Submission Summary: This is a single, downloadable PDF file. We cannot accept screenshots or text files.
A PDF copy of your CAPS Certificate, Pending Application, or Denial Letter (All applicants must have applied for CAPS before applying to Nana Grants.) A PDF of your most recent college/school transcript (Unofficial transcripts usually accepted). Acceptable forms of proof of residency are: a current lease/mortgage statement, utility bill (power/water bill only), or a recent check stub with your current address on it.
*If the parent/guardian is living with friends/family and does not have any of the above-listed documents in their name, they can submit the friend/family member's proof of residency along with a written statement from that individual stating that the parent and child/children live with them at that address. It must be signed and dated.

The Robotics Grant Program is a grant from the Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) that funds school-based robotics programs for elementary, middle, and high school students. Awarded through a competitive application process, the program provides up to $3,500 to eligible local education agencies (LEAs) in Alabama. Applicants must be public school systems submitting on behalf of schools with K–12 students. The grant supports the purchase of robotics equipment and program development aligned with AMSTI guidelines. Applications are submitted online through the AMSTI Robotics Grant portal.
