Using NCA funds to improve CACs NCA grant funds enable CACs, MDTs and Chapters to expand services to underserved or unserved areas, train professionals in evidence-based practices, develop relationships with tribes and military installations, assist victims of child pornography and human trafficking and build capacity at the state level.
