National Grid NY's Make-Ready Program is an electric vehicle charging incentive program from National Grid NY that covered up to 100% of make-ready infrastructure costs for Level 2 and DC fast charging installations at eligible sites within National Grid NY's upstate New York service area. The program offered over $200 million in rebates for workplaces, public facilities, multifamily residences, and fleet operators.

Your approved contractor submits the Funding Application and National Grid reviews eligibility and site information, assessing costs and feasibility. National Grid and your approved contractor build your EV charging infrastructure to the designated parking area.
