Vermillion Place Kinship Housing Vermillion Place Kinship Housing is a new construction development consisting of 26 affordable three-bedroom rental units in 13 duplex buildings located in Dayton, OH. Housing is a critical component for building a healthy and prosperous future for Ohioans; however the state faces a number of sustained challenges to providing affordable and accessible housing.
The Ohio Housing Needs Assessment uses a wide range of data to identify the scope and scale of Ohio's housing challenges. President Joe Biden signed legislation marking June 19 as a national holiday. Better known as Juneteenth, the holiday commemorates the ending of slavery in the United States.
As a result, OHFA will be closed on Friday, June 18 in observance of this new holiday. Regular business hours will resume on Monday, June 21. The Homeless Youth Program is a grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services that funds services for homeless and at-risk youth across Illinois.
