Beginning July 1, 2025 at 1:00pm, interested organizations will be able to register for the grant portal by clicking here: Orlando Health Community Grant Portal Orlando Health Community Grant Program As part of Orlando Health’s ongoing commitment to engage and support communities throughout Central and West Florida – and in alignment with our mission to improve the health and quality of life of the individuals and communities we serve – we are pleased to offer competitive grants through the Orlando Health Community Grant Program.
These grants are designed to assist in coordinating, enriching and supporting efforts that promote health and wellness in our communities. The Orlando Health Community Grant Program is one way we invest back into our communities, providing support for the important work being done in Central Florida and West Florida.
These grants will provide resources to address specific health- or wellness-related needs impacting families in our communities. The Orlando Health Community Grant Program will focus on funding initiatives that align with the top needs from the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), with an emphasis on enhancing access to care. Please review the following information carefully before submitting an application.
The funding priorities for the Orlando Health Community Grant Program are based on the top needs identified in the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment. Click each region below to view the funding priorities for the 2025 – 2026 grant cycle. For the 2025 – 2026 grant cycle, Orlando Health is introducing a new grant management system to streamline the application, funding and reporting processes.
Beginning July 1, all individuals interested in applying for an Orlando Health Community Grant will need to register for the portal using the link here: Click Here . Verification of Eligibility On July 7, the grant application window will open. All applicants will complete a brief series of questions to determine their eligibility to proceed in the grant process.
Upon completion, applicants will receive an email sharing the outcome of the eligibility check. If an email is not received within 24 hours, please contact [email protected] . The deadline to complete the eligibility verification is 11:59pm on Friday, July 25, 2025.
Organizations eligible to submit a full proposal will receive an email with the link to the full proposal portal. The deadline to submit a full proposal, including all accompanying documents, is 11:59pm on Sunday, August 3, 2025. Please note: Team members should refer to SWIFT for more information on the team member grant application process.
