PAsmart Advancing Grants is a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Education that funds workforce development and STEM education programs to prepare Pennsylvanians for high-demand careers in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and computer science. Awards range up to $500,000, with up to $10 million in total competitive funding available.

Eligible applicants include local educational agencies, nonprofit community-based organizations, city or county government agencies, faith-based organizations, family centers, higher education institutions, for-profit corporations, and consortia. Programs must address skill gaps in high-priority occupations and align with regional industry needs, with particular attention to preparing students and workers from underserved communities.
