Grant Programs - KS Courts Each year, the judicial administrator administers the Permanent Families Fund Grant to Court Appointed Special Advocate and citizen review board programs pursuant to K. S. A.
38-1808(d)(1) . Subject to funding, these grants are available to all Kansas CASA and CRB programs. Through trained volunteers, these programs help courts with child in need of care and juvenile offender cases.
