Youth & Collegiate Scholarships We’re excited to support the next generation of agricultural leaders through our diverse scholarship programs. Available to high school seniors and college students in four-year universities or two-year vocational programs, these opportunities could help fund your education.
Below are the available scholarship opportunities: State Indiana Farm Bureau scholarships Collegiate Farm Bureau scholarships County and District level Farm Bureau Scholarships You only need to complete the application form once to be considered for all eligible scholarships.
After submitting the form through the portal, you’ll automatically be considered for every scholarship you qualify for, except for a small number of county-specific scholarships, which are outlined below. State Farm Bureau Scholarships Indiana Farm Bureau awards three $2,000 Ag Impact Scholarships to graduating high school seniors who plan to pursue careers in agriculture.
Applicants must demonstrate significant involvement in 4-H and/or FFA programs, as well as leadership experience. The INFB state Scholarship Program online application process is now closed. Check back in January 2027 for future opportunities.
Collegiate Farm Bureau Scholarships Indiana Farm Bureau is offering two $1,000 Collegiate Farm Bureau Scholarships for students currently enrolled at Purdue University, Huntington University or Vincennes University. Eligible applicants must be actively involved in the organization's collegiate chapters. The INFB Collegiate Scholarship Program online application process is now closed.
Check back in January 2027 for future opportunities. County and District Farm Bureau Scholarships Many county and district Farm Bureaus provide additional scholarship opportunities unique to their local areas. This year, most of these applications can be accessed through the online application portal above.
The application period for scholarships offered through the portal are open from Jan. 1 to March 1, 2026. While most scholarship applications are available through the online portal, some county Farm Bureaus still offer scholarships in PDF format.
These applications must be completed and returned directly to the respective county. See the list below for counties offering PDF applications, with links to download them directly. The application deadlines for scholarships offered via PDF format vary by county.

Adult Scholarships & Grants Career Enrichment Scholarship The Indiana Farm Bureau Career Enrichment Scholarship is awarded to an adult (21 years or older) who intends on enriching their career.
The scholarship may be used for a workshop, seminar, credit or non-credit class or degree program. This is a $1,000 scholarship and funds will be distributed upon proof of financial expenditures.
Selection of recipient is based on the following criteria: Indiana Farm Bureau Member – membership paid and maintain a full-year of membership prior to applying for scholarship Involvement and leadership in all activities This s cholarship application process is now closed. Ag Education and Promotion Development Grant This grant assists county Farm Bureaus or Farm Bureau members and educators that do not have adequate funds for a new program, activity, or to attend an event that enhances the promotion of agriculture and education.
Program examples could include but are not limited to, books for classrooms, incubator systems, supplies for school gardens, etc. Event examples may include the National Ag in the Classroom Conference, AFBF Women’s Communication Boot Camp, summer educational programs, specialized educational conferences, etc. Please provide sufficient details/information about your program to give the judges a clear picture of your plans/expectations.
Click here to apply by April 15, 2026 INFB Ag in the Classroom Scholarships & Grants Grants for County Farm Bureaus INFB Priority Issue Grant Program The Priority Issue Grant Program is designed to assist a county Farm Bureau that does not have adequate funds to specifically address a critical issue, membership promotion and/or advertising campaign, or a Young Farmers & Ag Professionals program or youth activity.
If a group of counties (or a district) is working on a project together they can apply jointly. This application must be approved by the county president(s) and regional manager(s). INFB Program Development Grant The Program Development Grant provides assistance to county Farm Bureaus that do not have adequate funds for a new program or activity they would like to initiate.
This application must be approved by the county president and regional manager.

The Homeless Youth Program is a grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services that funds services for homeless and at-risk youth across Illinois.
