The Climate and Clean Energy Equity Fund provides strategic grants, capacity building, donor advising, and technical assistance to scale a proven model for securing climate action that advances economic, racial, and gender equity through community-supported solutions.

We pair sustained funding with expert policy analysis and narrative strategy to build authentic community power and systems-level change. We provide sustained, multiyear funding for over 120 community partners across rural, urban and suburban geographies to lead large-scale advocacy, strategic communications, and nonpartisan civic engagement initiatives.

We are building an intentional community of funders who represent climate equity, civic engagement, racial justice, economic opportunity, and workforce development and who move resources together towards systemic change. We equip grantee partners to be leaders in advocating for and implementing policy solutions through robust technical assistance, learning and coalition-building opportunities, and a transformative fellowship program.

We equip grantee partners with the tools they need to reshape public narratives about climate action and push back against disinformation so that climate equity is not just a conversation, but a winning frame for policy and culture change. Together with our partners in 14 states, we’re building political will for equitable climate progress and clean energy transition that advances racial and economic justice grounded in true democracy.
