Community Health Division Grants and Sponsorships | Providence Providence Oregon Grant and Sponsorship Funding Providence Oregon Community Health is committed to creating healthier communities by strategically investing in community-based organizations through grants, donations, and sponsorships.
This aligns with our commitment to address community health needs identified in our Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and Community Health Improvement Plans (CHIP) . Current priorities include mental health and substance-use disorder prevention, health-related social needs, economic security, and access to care. Providence will not be offering an open Request for Applications (RFA) through 2026.
RFAs will be invitation-only. Grants are typically one year in length and range from $25,000 to $150,000. To receive future notifications, email us at communitybenefit@providence.
