#### The Rapid Response Fund is accepting applications from nonprofit organizations that assist Portage County residents currently facing food insecurity. These grants will be offered to**501(c)(3) organizations****located in Portage County who have been and are currently _providing food pantry_ services to Portage County residents**.
The grants will be offered on a rolling basis to allow for the flexibility to quickly respond to the emerging needs of community members. **Organizations who receive Rapid Response Fund grants will be eligible to reapply for additional funds after 30 days and after providing documentation of previous distribution being used and if funds are available.
The Foundation will keep the Rapid Response Fund donations/distributions open through December 31, 2025 after which it will be reevaluated. ** **_Previous RRF awardees, submit your report here_** ### To qualify for Rapid Response Funds under the current crisis, your organization MUST meet the following criteria: This form is currently closed for submissions.
