Table 1 in the Fiscal Year 2011 RCPGP Guidance and Application Kit list the allocations available to each RCPGP site through the Fiscal Year 2011 RCPGP. The Governor of each State and territory is required to designate a State Administrative Agency (SAA) to apply for and administer the funds awarded under the RCPGP. The SAA is the only entity eligible to apply to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for RCPGP funds.
