Restaurant Business Development | Feed the Soul Foundation Restaurant Business Development Grant Program We’re devoted to helping your culinary business grow by providing essential resources and training services. The Restaurant Business Development Program is designed to support restaurant owners like you by offering comprehensive business development assistance valued at $15,000.
Through this initiative, we aim to empower culinary business owners with the tools needed to navigate industry challenges, enhance profitability, and achieve long-term sustainability. Whether you need guidance on business strategy, marketing, financial planning, or operations, our program is here to support your success.
The Restaurant Business Development Program ensures your business is financially sustainable, operationally sound, and advancing towards the next culinary endeavors. Cohorts will receive: 6 months of intentional consultations followed up with educational training services Continuous training and services extend to support you with procedures that help you process and maintain your business Learn more below about the program below.
Business Development Areas Plan and adopt best practices to improve inventory management and reduce theft. Increase visibility and receive access training, including advertising, digital learning, radio promotions, public relations, and overall promotional strategies. This support will help businesses navigate the expansion process of adding new locations or creating a franchise model.
Build Standard Operating Procedures, strategies and planning to ensure that your business is working to its maximum capacity. Receive consulting services to develop best practices for hiring, training, and managing employees.
