These programs are designed to enhance the capacity of Community Development Corporations (CDCs), Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs), local governments, and Indian Tribes to carry out community development and housing activities.
Rural Capacity Building for Community Development and Housing Program (RCB) This program focuses on strengthening the ability of local governments, Indian tribes, housing development organizations, rural CDCs, and rural CHDOs to carry out community development and housing activities that benefit low- and moderate-income individuals and families in rural areas.
