Community Advantage Small Business Lending Companies (CA SBLCs) | U.S. Small Business Administration Community Advantage Small Business Lending Companies (CA SBLCs) List current as of 5/1/2024 Community Advantage Small Business Lending Companies (CA SBLCs) are SBLCs that are mission-oriented and primarily non-profit financial intermediaries.
CA SBLCs focus on making loans of up to $350,000 to small businesses in underserved markets which includes: Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI) communities; Empowerment Zones and Enterprise Communities (EZ/EC); Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZones); New businesses (those in operation for less than two years) Businesses that are 51 percent or more owned and controlled by one or more Veterans; and Businesses where more than 50% of the full-time workforce is low-income or resides in LMI census tracts.
