Sober Living Scholarship — Power Forward Utah Our Scholarship provides up to eight weeks of sober housing for Utahns in recovery. This program fills a critical gap in the recovery process, providing recipients with safe, sober housing security during the essential days and weeks immediately following treatment, or lifeline to those in recovery whose housing instability threatens their sobriety.
The Sober Living Scholarship was pioneered by our partner organization in Massachusetts, Power Forward Inc . Founder Kevin Stevens (retired NHL star in recovery) felt that the first few weeks immediately following treatment were some of the most challenging.
And so he conceived of a six week Sober Living Scholarship, designed not to carry someone throughout their recovery, but to give them the time to get back up on their own two feet and recover with dignity. These are the inspiring stories of two of its first recipients: Help support this groundbreaking program in Utah!

Power Forward Utah’s Sober Lifestyle Scholarship provides up to six weeks of sober housing and/or a membership to Fit to Recover for those in recovery.
