## Support for Your Family: _**By Your Side, Pregnancy to 5**_ From the moment you find out you’re pregnant until your child turns 5, WIC is by your side to provide extra support to help keep your family healthy. WIC is the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children.
WIC provides healthy foods, personalized nutrition education, breastfeeding support and referrals to other services to support you and your family. * WIC offers healthy foods — including lots of fruits, vegetables and dairy — and other services to support you and your family. * WIC is available for women who are currently pregnant, recently pregnant, or breastfeeding, and babies and kids under 5. * Moms, dads, foster parents, and anyone else raising kids under 5 can apply for support for the kids in their care. Find out what steps to take and start the process today.
WIC provides minimally processed healthy foods, personalized nutrition education, breastfeeding support and referrals to other services to support you and your family. The eWIC card works just like a debit card and can be used at WIC-approved grocery stores and farmers’ markets. Get everyday groceries like fresh fruits and vegetables, baby food, milk, eggs, beans, cheese, and more for your family — all at no cost to you.
#### Breastfeeding Support Meet one-on-one with breastfeeding support staff who understand your challenges. They can offer helpful tips and answer questions to help you on your breastfeeding journey. Get personalized tips on healthy eating, kid-friendly meal planning, and help with food allergies.
