State Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates Program (HEAR) – Washington State Department of Commerce 简体中文 ( Chinese (Simplified) ) 繁體中文 ( Chinese (Traditional) ) Tiếng Việt ( Vietnamese ) State Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates Program (HEAR) The state Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) Program provides grants to third-party administrators to offer rebates and incentives that help households and small businesses buy and install high-efficiency electric equipment and appliances.
Commerce is accepting applications from eligible third-party administrators for funding for rebate programs in 2025-2027. Programs funded by 2023-2025 funding are still open, and rebates are available. Commerce opened a Request for Applications (RFA) for State HEAR funds on October 30, 2025, for eligible entities to apply for funding to establish and expand rebate programs.
