Mr. Mosley was nominated to the position by Governor Kathy Hochul in May of 2024 and confirmed by the New York State Senate in May of 2024. Mr. Mosley formerly represented the New York State Assembly within the New York State Legislature.

Bernard A. R. Bernard is one of the most influential religious leaders, and transformative visionaries in the United States.
He is the Founding Senior Pastor of Christian Cultural Center (CCC) in Brooklyn, NY, with a membership of more than 37,000, and campuses in Long Island, and Orlando, Florida as well as a virtual campus that reaches thousands across the country and around the world. Bernard enjoyed a successful 10-year career in Finance before he and his wife, Karen, planted a small storefront church in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, in 1978.
Next year Bernard will begin construction on a $1. 2B development in East New York Brooklyn of which he is a 50% partner, bringing much needed low and middle-income affordable housing, retail, commercial, medical and mental health services, 24-hour Childcare and a Trade School for electrical, hvac, plumbing and carpentry certification.
A lifelong social reformist, Bernard often collaborates with national and global faith leaders building solid partnerships that advocate for religious freedom and social justice. Bernard previously served as the president of the Council of Churches of the City of New York and is currently the president of the New York State Interfaith Council. She is dedicated to working with faith leaders and nonprofit organizations across the state to give voice to the ever-evolving needs of every community. Cristian Romero- Assistant Director of the Office of Faith and Nonprofit Development Services Cristian Romero serves as the Assistant Director of the Office of Faith and Nonprofit Development Services.
He brings extensive experience working across all levels of government, including city, state, federal, and international, and is passionate about serving communities of faith and nonprofits. Cristian is committed to supporting and uplifting the invaluable work these organizations do to strengthen communities and improve lives across the State.
He believes in building partnerships rooted in collaboration, trust, and constructive dialogue. Alejandro Cintron Carrasco is the Executive Director for the NYS Office of Language Access (OLA), within the NYS Office of General Services.
In this role, Alejandro is responsible for leading the office and ensuring the state is providing linguistically and culturally appropriate services for people who prefer a non-English language when accessing public state services, per NYS Language Access Law Section 202-A. This includes overseeing, coordinating, and providing guidance to state agencies in implementing language access mandates and best practices.
Prior to joining the OLA, Alejandro worked in various New York City agencies, including NYC Health + Hospitals, NYC Department of Education, and the NYC Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs, to lead in the delivery and support of language services. Alejandro received his BA from Stony Brook University and his MPA from Baruch College.
Ahram Kim is the Community Collaborations and Outreach Manager for the NYS Office of Language Access (OLA), within the NYS Office of General Services.
In this role, she focuses on building partnerships with community-based and nonprofit organizations and language access advocates, overseeing outreach efforts to inform New Yorkers about their language access rights, and strategizing with government agencies and partners to improve language services.
As an immigrant and a child of immigrants from Korea, Ahram takes pride in building her career toward language justice and protecting immigrant rights. She brings over 10 years of experience working on language access and diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility initiatives in nonprofit organization, NYC government, healthcare and higher education. Ahram received her BA in Politics and Spanish Literature from New York University.
When she is not working, she likes to travel, bake, watch Korean dramas, and play fetch with her cat.

The session will highlight examples of how faith-based collaborators and community-based organizations have partnered with NYSERDA as effective conduits of information, supporting equitable access to clean energy resources while also integrating community-identified barriers and insights into the design and implementation of programs.
Participants will also be introduced to innovative community participation structures, such as the Regional Clean Energy Hubs and the Energy Equity Collaborative, along with engagement pathways like the DAC Stakeholder Services Pool.
These equity-focused initiatives are designed to deliver tangible, quality-of-life-improving clean energy benefits through a stronger emphasis on community needs, aspirations, and direct involvement in the clean energy transition. Doreen M. Harris was appointed President and CEO of the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) on April 7, 2021, after serving as Acting President and CEO since June 2020.
President Harris is leading NYSERDA’s role to advance the policy frameworks, clean energy technologies, and solutions to help further New York’s clean energy transition while creating hundreds of thousands of good-paying clean-energy jobs and building an equitable economy.
Under President Harris’s direction, NYSERDA is supporting New York’s clean energy initiatives through advancing infrastructure and innovation, large-scale and distributed renewables, building decarbonization, advanced nuclear, energy storage, transportation electrification, clean fuels, transmission and resiliency. Additionally, as Chair of the State Energy Planning Board, NYSERDA President and CEO Doreen M.
Harris was instrumental in leading the development and finalization of a State Energy Plan in 2025 that ensures New York State has an actionable and objective framework to guide progress toward an affordable, abundant, reliable, clean energy system for all New Yorkers.
President Harris joined NYSERDA in 2010 and served as Vice President of Large-Scale Renewables, where she spearheaded the strategic development of New York’s land based renewable and offshore wind resource, including the execution of the State’s offshore wind master plan. Prior to her career in public service, President Harris spent more than a decade in the private sector, serving in management and engineering roles.
President Harris serves as chair of the State Energy Planning Board, and on the boards of the Advanced Energy Research and Technology Center (AERTC), Alliance to Save Energy, National Offshore Wind Research and Development Consortium, NY BEST and Veloz’s Public Policy Board; and is a member of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network Leadership Council and an ambassador for the Clean Energy Education and Empowerment (C3E) Initiative.
President Harris holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester and a Master of Business Administration from the University at Albany, State University of New York. Anzala B.
Alozie is the Director of Energy & Climate with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) and leads targeted efforts to ensure New York’s clean energy transition delivers equitable, economic, health and environmental benefits to historically underserved and disadvantaged communities.
In her role, Anzala’s work drives NYSERDA’s Climate Equity Strategy to achieve an inclusive clean energy economy by reducing burden and increasing benefits to historically marginalized and disadvantaged communities.
Anzala directs the foci NYSERDA’s Energy and Climate Equity team which includes a suite of programs and initiatives designed for equitable and meaningful stakeholder engagement & collaboration and advancing community-driven solutions, while ensuring NYS residents have access to clean energy programs, incentives and opportunities.
These initiatives include the Regional Clean Energy Hubs, Energy Equity Collaborative, Disadvantaged Community Consultant Pool, Climate Equity Leadership Council, Indigenous Nation Engagement and NYSERDA’s internal equitable program development portfolio, amongst others. Anzala holds a Bachelor of Arts from Purchase College and a Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School of Union University.
