How To Apply – The Green Foundation Pass the Eligibility Quiz . Click Apply and follow the instructions to access and complete the Quiz. Please note, only institutions that have previously received funding from The Green Foundation are eligible to apply at this time.
Submit a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) . Once the Eligibility Quiz is complete, you will be directed to complete and submit a Letter of Inquiry. After the LOI has been reviewed, if the submission indicates a potential fit with the Foundation’s priorities, applicants will be invited to submit a full proposal.
In the instance of a declined Letter of Inquiry, applicants must wait one year to reapply. During any phase of the application process, any institution may request a withdrawal of its application. The LOI review process can take approximately 3 months.
Complete a Full Proposal . Once the Foundation has invited you to submit a full proposal, please complete and submit the form through the Grants Portal. During this review period, the Foundation may contact your institution if any further information is needed and/or to schedule a site visit.
