First Step: Letter of Inquiry A Letter of Inquiry (LOI) is a required first step in seeking funding, and LOIs may be submitted at any time throughout the year. Second Step: Full Proposal (Invitation Only) Organizations whose LOIs best align with the Foundation’s current priorities will be invited to submit a Full Proposal (FP).
