Leaving or navigating an abusive situation often comes with immediate financial barriers – housing, food, transportation, childcare, and basic needs. Financial abuse is one of the most common tactics used to control survivors, making access to flexible funding critical to both immediate safety and long-term stability.
The Survivor Fund offers direct financial assistance to victims/survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, stalking and/or human trafficking. Funds are flexible and based on individual needs – helping people stabilize quickly and make decisions that are right for them. Because demand for support is significantly higher than available resources, the Survivor Fund operates in cycles based on available funding.
