At this time, in addition to our support for current national and local nonprofit partners, we are inquiry from nonprofits seeking grant support in the following areas only: Basic needs (food, clothing, and shelter) Access to opportunities outside of school that enable school success for at-risk youth (pre-kindergarten to grade 12) Workforce readiness training for at-risk youth (ages 16-24) Safety from domestic violence (shelter, prevention, and services) To be considered for a grant, organizations should: Be aligned with our mission Provide services within 15 miles of a TJX store, distribution center, or office Be a registered 501(c)(3) for at least the past 12 months Not have received funding from TJX in the past 12 months Have a public nondiscrimination policy that states that the organization does not, by policy or discriminate against a person or group on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual origin, age, disability, gender identity and expression, marital or military status, or based individual’s status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or TJX does not accept funding requests for: Third-party giving/foundations Political groups/parties or lobbying Sponsorships, walks, events, or memberships Organizations requiring recipients to accept a specific belief or doctrine to receive services Due to the high volume of requests, we will not be able to fund all organizations that fit our giving mission.

Only nonprofits that align with our Community Mission and Giving Guidelines will be considered for funding. If your nonprofit aligns with the Community Mission and Giving Guidelines, please complete our eligibility questionnaire. Opens in a new window If you pass the eligibility questionnaire, you will then have the opportunity to submit a Letter of Inquiry.
All applicants will be required to create a new Blackbaud ID or use an existing Blackbaud ID if you use other Blackbaud products. If you already use a Blackbaud product, such as Raiser Edge, you won’t need to create a secondary login. The Letter of Inquiry portal is open annually from February 1 st – October 31 st .
Letters of Inquiry will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Due to the volume of requests, we will not be able to fund all nonprofits that fit our Community Mission and Giving Guidelines. Following the submission of the Letter of Inquiry, selected nonprofits invitation to complete an application for funding.
