All parties requesting financial support from UCCU must complete the Donation & Sponsorship Submission Form below. A committee will review the request and follow up with you via email. Incomplete proposals or those with deadlines within 30 days of submission may not be considered. In Utah, a charitable organization is required to be registered with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection before soliciting charitable contributions and should be 501(c)(3) or nonprofit.
For-profit organizations seeking a sponsorship may submit requests, which will be evaluated by UCCU on a commercial basis for the advertising and marketing benefit such sponsorships would provide to UCCU.
