The proposed project will be considered on a docket approximately six months from the point of invitation. You will be notified through the grants management system with next steps and due dates. Once your proposal is received there will be a review period during which the Foundation’s program staff will reach out to you to discuss the proposal, ask questions regarding the project, and gather further information.
If the proposal is complete and determined to be in alignment with UniHealth’s mission, it will be presented it at a quarterly meeting of the Board of Directors for review. Please note that grant proposals are a request for funding and not a guarantee of an award.
Finalizing Stage | 6 weeks Once a grant proposal is approved by the Board of Directors, an award agreement is sent for review and signature by both the Foundation and the grantee. The agreement includes the funding level, the grant term dates, the reporting requirements, and contact information. Once executed by both parties, the funds are released.
