Fall Grants are designed to help your organization prepare for next year and plan for the future, so together we can provide Football For All®.

How is the Fall Grant different from the Spring Grant? While USA Football’s Spring and Fall Grants both assist organizations with equipment needs, the Fall Grant is intended to help you prepare for next year and plan for the future; it is not intended to help you with immediate equipment needs for the current season.
USA Football prioritizes grant awards to support the growth of organizations through additional participation, expanded game types, and the addition of girls game pathways. What are the grant eligibility requirements? USA Football’s grant programs serve youth organizations, municipal youth programs, middle schools, and high school girls flag football programs.
To be eligible for the Fall Grant, youth organizations, municipal youth programs, middle schools, and high school girls flag football programs must: 1. Be enrolled with USA Football (FREE to do **here**). 2.
Be legally designated as a non-profit and in good standing (**501c3 organization or tax exempt by state**) 3. Be clear of any outstanding invoices with USA Football USA Football’s grant programs are not designed to serve h igh school tackle programs, adult programs, and for-profit organizations and as such those organizations are not eligible to apply. What are the Fall Grant equipment options?
1. Uniforms and additional equipment (coaches gear, field equipment, other items) 2. Non-contact (flag) football equipment (USAFB-branded belts and balls) 3.
Limited or modified (padded flag) football equipment (USAFB-branded belts and balls) 4. Tackle football equipment (helmets, shoulder pads, and other safety equipment) What information do I need to complete the grant application?
To access the grant application, you will need to ensure that your organization is enrolled with USA Football, then you will need your USA Football user account / login information; you will not be able to proceed with the grant application otherwise. To complete the grant application, you will need the following information on hand BEFORE starting the application: 2. W hich football options your organization currently offers 3.
What new game types your organization added in 202 5 4. If you’ve received a grant from USA Football in the past 5. A brief description of how the grant would be used 6.
W hich grant option your organization most needs We strongly recommend you complete all application questions as accurately as possible, as applications with inaccurate, incomplete, or missing information may be removed from consideration. USA Football’s application system does not allow you to save your application and resume it later; you must complete the application in a single session.
USA Football will accept Fall Grant applications through September 3, 2025. How and when will I know the status of my Fall Grant application? U SA Football will send all grant notices to the administrator or grant contact email address provided in the grant application.
USA Football is not responsible for incorrect or invalid email addresses, or for emails delivered to junk or spam;a s such, we encourage you to add**grants@usafootball. com**to your safe senders list to ensure you receive all emails from us.
USA Football carefully reviews all grant applications; as such, d ue to the volume of applications received, it may take as long as 45-90 days after the application closes for final grantees to be determined. What Fall Grant option will my organization receive, if awarded? USA Football strongly recommends you complete all application questions as accurately as possible, as any grants awarded are based on information you provide.
USA Football strives to award grants as requested, h owever due to the volume of applications received, we cannot promise that your organization will be awarded your first grant choice; w e trust that your organization will find any grant award beneficial. How does my organization redeem the grant, if awarded?
USA Football will send award notices to the administrator or grant contact email address provided in the grant application; t his email will include details on the grant amount awarded, the equipment or uniform p artner that will supply the grant along with their product catalogs, specific directions on how to redeem your grant and place an order with your assigned grant partner, and the grant redemption deadline.
USA Football is not responsible for lost or unredeemed grant awards due to incorrect or invalid email addresses, or for emails delivered to junk or spam. I’ve redeemed the grant but have product or order questions. Who do I contact?
USA Football does not have access to our grant partners' inventory or order systems. For questions regarding products, order status, or shipping, you will need to contact the grant partner directly; i nformation to reach your assigned grant partner is provided in your award notice. I recently placed an order with a grant partner and am now awarded a grant.
Can I use this grant towards that order? No, neither USA Football nor any grant partners allow grants to be used towards prior purchases made before any possible grant awards. What type of flag belts and footballs will my organization receive, if awarded?
USA Football will determine the quantity and size of flag belts and footballs awarded, if any, based on your answers to the application questions. USA Football will issue these items from our warehouse partners, y ou are not able to choose these items from a catalog or website. How will my organization receive the flag belts and footballs, if awarded?
Flag belts and footballs will be shipped to the address provided in the application, or the shipping address associated with your organization’s account. US A Football will send shipping notices to the administrator or grant contact email address provided in the application. USA Football is not responsible for items not received due to changed or incorrect addresses.
