Bureau of Victim Compensation | My Florida Legal Bureau of Victim Compensation In the aftermath of crime, the Florida Bureau of Victim Compensation works to ease the financial hardships suffered by crime victims. The process is initiated when a claim form and acceptable proof of crime (some exceptions may apply) are received. Forms used to apply for compensation and other publications are available below.
