When combined with other forms of assistance, Warm Heart Warm Home grants can help customers maintain their utility service.
Without essential utilities like water, sewer service, and heat, a house is just a temporary shelter. Citizens Energy Group makes bold efforts to improve processes and lower costs, but affordability issues can still pose a challenge to customers. The Warm Heart Warm Home Foundation™ provides vital assistance to individuals who just want to ensure their house stays a home.
On behalf of the Foundation, thank you for making a big impact! Citizens Energy Group’s Warm Heart Warm Home Foundation™ provides financial grants, utility line/appliance repair and/or replacement, energy management education, and case management to individuals and families throughout the greater Indianapolis metropolitan area experiencing short-and long-term economic hardship.
Approximately $870,000 in Warm Heart Warm Home financial assistance has been provided to more than 6,500 households in central Indiana in program year 2024. “I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for providing the replacement hot water heater through your program. I never dreamed I could be the beneficiary of such a generous program.
You have blessed me immeasurably! ” Warm Heart Warm Home installed two ADA compliant toilets in a household of two adults and one child, all living with disabilities. “Thank you very much!
All this would not be possible without you. You are an angel. ” Warm Heart Warm Home replaced a leaking spigot at the home of a senior citizen living on social security, who could not afford the repairs.
“Thank you for repairing my plumbing problem which I could not afford without your assistance. Everyone was so nice, and I am so thankful and grateful for your service. ” Citizens’ Warm Heart Warm Home Foundation™ is a registered 501(c)(3) organization.
Contributions received are tax deductible and go directly to those who need it most. Citizens Energy Group will match donations up to a total of $50,000.
