(Metro North REB), d/b/a MassHire Metro North Workforce Board (MNWB), is issuing this request for proposals (RFP) to select providers of the Metro North region’s Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth In-School and Out-of-School programs, collectively referred to as the WIOA Youth Program Providers (YPPs).
MNWB seeks proposals with innovative approaches to service delivery that meet the specifications outlined in this RFP .
The organization should demonstrate that it can offer a range of training and employment services for youth based on individual need and employer demand; resources to deliver comprehensive youth services that focus on assisting out-of-school youth and in-school youth, with one or more barriers to employment, prepare for employment and postsecondary education opportunities; attain educational and/or skills training credentials; and secure employment with career/promotional opportunities.
