Youth Endowment Fund - East Tennessee Foundation Supports creative solutions to problems that youth face in ETF’s 25-county service area . Youth Endowment Fund will not award grants in 2026. Information about the next grant cycle will be available by January 31, 2027.
Organizations may apply for amounts up to $20,000. Grants were last awarded in July 2025 for two-year terms. The grant term is August 1, 2025 – July 31, 2027.
Projects must specifically support youth in our 25-county service area and address one or more of the following focus areas: Early childhood education Prevention and/or mitigation of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) Click here for General Eligibility and Funding Criteria .
Additional eligibility criteria specific to the Youth Endowment Fund: Applicant organizations must primarily function to serve children and youth or be an organization whose programs have demonstrated the ability to serve this population.
Under special circumstances, grants will be made to institutions outside the Foundation’s 25-county service area for programs that are operated within or provide direct benefit to residents of the 25 counties.
