Scholarships, if any, will be limited to individuals who live in saline county, kansas and high school students who successfully graduate from a school in saline county, kansas. There will be no limitations based on race, employment status of the prospective recipient, or family relationship of the prospective recipient. Other tax-exempt organizations will be allowed to file applications in order to request a contribution. The board of trustees will review all such requests and select the tax-exempt organizations which will receive distributions.
