AI for Good Film Festival 2026 Sponsor The official selection 2025 “Clown” spotlights and addresses critical global challenges by delving into the psychological aspects of discrimination and violence against women, focusing on how societal biases and deeply rooted prejudices manifest in subtle yet damaging ways.
The central character represents the inner conflict and emotional scars carried by women who face constant judgment, objectification, and suppression in both public and private spheres. Directed by Shanshan Jiang SOULS OF THE SHIPWRECK (WINNER) The film addresses universal themes of loss, remembrance, and emotional healing in the aftermath of disaster.
Through the journey of a woman who restores color to lost souls, it reflects on the silent trauma faced by individuals and communities affected by grief, war, and displacement. In a world shaped by both environmental and emotional wreckage, the film serves as a poetic exploration of resilience, empathy, and the need to reconnect with forgotten humanity.
Directed by Dejawa (Yunsun Lee), Dana (Jungmin Hong), and Panda Gomm (Kyungsoo Lee) “Clothes of Deception” challenges our notions and judgments about beauty and ugliness. Too often, we assign labels and rely on stereotypes that do not reflect reality. The film explores the theme of loneliness, which is not always tied to being alone, but rather to the inability to connect with others in an apparently hyperconnected world.
It can be interpreted as a metaphor for someone living in a foreign country, for autism and the challenges of communication, or more broadly, it reflects on the human need to connect and the difficulties some individuals face in doing so. Directed by Isabelita Virtual Directed by Fawaz Al-Matrouk WHAT TO BE? A JOURNEY THROUGH AI Mia, a teenage girl, needs to do a school presentation about her dream career.
The only problem being that she is completely unprepared. However, she has the perfect solution: to ask for help from an AI chatbot. Through a fantastic journey into a digital world, Mia learns about generative AI, whether it can help her future profession, and most importantly, about herself.
