The Antares REACH Grant is a program from Antares Capital in partnership with Hello Alice and the Global Entrepreneurship Network that combines a 12-week business growth accelerator (Boost Camp) with grant funding of up to $20,000 for qualifying small business owners from historically underrepresented backgrounds.
The Boost Camp accepts 150 participants per cohort, offering expert-led sessions, mentorship, and a peer support network; participants are then considered for grant awards (acceptance does not guarantee funding).
Eligible applicants must be the leading executive of a for-profit U.S.-based business with more than $50,000 in annual revenue, with the business majority-owned (51%+) by individuals from underrepresented groups including by income, background, sexual orientation or identity, disability, or veteran status. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and the business must operate in the U.S., D. C.

To be eligible, a small business owner must be: An entrepreneur who is the leading executive (i.e. Founder and/or President, CEO, CFO, COO, or any such other similar title) of a business that meets the below business criteria; and Eighteen (18) years of age or older (19 in AL and NE).
To be eligible, a business must be: A for-profit business with an established product or service that generated over $50,000 in revenue in 2023; Majority (51%+) owned by an individual(s) who is from a historically underrepresented group, including by income, background, sexual orientation or identity, disability, as well as veterans and veteran family members; and Located and registered in one of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.

Out of 150 Boost Camp participants, 33 small business owners were selected to receive grant funding through the 2025 Antares REACH Grant Program—totaling $755,000 in funding. After 12 weeks of hands-on learning, expert mentorship, and peer support, these entrepreneurs have completed the Boost Camp journey stronger than ever—equipped with the knowledge, resources, and funding to drive their businesses forward.

In 2023, through the Antares REACH Grant Program, Antares Capital partnered with Hello Alice and GEN to pave the way to sustainable growth for 40 grantees, by combining $20,000 grants with a high-touch small business accelerator, the Antares REACH Boost Camp.
The program helped these entrepreneurs improve the financial fitness of their business and optimize plans for growth. After completing the Boost Camp, 93% of the participants felt more equipped to navigate challenges and opportunities in their industry and 85% felt more optimistic about their business growth potential.
