We provide affordable and customized financing to support projects that strengthen environmental infrastructure and contribute to sustainable development. We offer various types of financing for both public and private entities, including direct loans, revolving lines of credit and participation in bond issues, to advance environmental projects in key sectors.
Community Assistance Program (CAP) Through CAP, we provide grants for up to US$750,000 to finance essential projects in small communities, promoting fairness and sustainability in the most vulnerable areas.
Border Environment Infrastructure Fund (BEIF/PDAP) We channel grants provided by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), to finance priority drinking water and wastewater projects in the border region, improving the quality of life in both countries.
Water Resiliency Fund (WRF) Recognizing that water is essential to the long-term well-being of communities in the U.S.-Mexico border region, NADBank established the Water Resiliency Fund (WRF) to address critical financing gaps for infrastructure projects that strengthen the resilience of water resources in the region .
Technical Assistance for Projects In addition to providing financing, we offer technical and specialized support to ensure the successful development and implementation of each initiative. We reinforce the technical, financial and operational capacities of communities, ensuring that they have the knowledge and tools necessary for the long-term success of their projects.
