Sess. chapter 10, article 3, section 15, subdivision 6 for public or private higher education institutions that offer a PELSB-approved teacher preparation program to increase the number of teacher candidates of color or American Indian candidates recommended for Tier 3 licensure across the state, for the benefit of all Minnesota students.

A complete submission will include Application (Signed Coversheet, full Assurances, Application Narrative) Attachment A: Supplemental Data Form and Budget Spreadsheet. This document contains all the information you will need to complete this grant application, including our criteria for the grant, how to apply, and the selection process.
Application: Coversheet, Assurances and Application Narrative The Coversheet consists of contact information and signatures. Please list all applicant contact information on the Coversheet. Please complete the eligibility question.
Please read all the Federal Assurances listed before signing and save a copy for reference. Please send a full copy of the assurances back as part of the application. The Application Narrative is the questions that you will create written responses for and submit with your application.
The narrative will be scored according to the rubric posted on the grant website. The Coversheet must be submitted with contact information and your assurances signature along with your Application Narrative responses. Please submit your final Application as one PDF.
You must complete the Excel Budget document and submit it as an attachment as part of your complete application in Excel format. Review the rubric for information on how the application narrative components will be scored. Attachment A: Supplemental Data Form This required supplemental data will be used to assign priority points.
