You will advance progress towards achieving the 95-95-95 targets and continue to transition site-level support to local governments in Central America (CA) for: To achieve the goals of this NOFO, you will address gaps in: Proposed activities should facilitate country ownership while improving local capacity to: style="list-style-type:disc;"> Make sure HIV prevention is available for populations most at risk, through the Sentinel Surveillance of STI and HIV Strategy (VICITS).
