Women founders and small business owners often lack the funding and support needed to scale their operations.
That's why the Launch Program exists: to remove barriers that prevent founders from succeeding. This year’s Launch Program cohort supports the founders who give back as they grow. If social impact is core to your business model, this one’s for you.
Benefits designed to help you thrive . 2026 Launch Program participants will receive: A $10,000 cash grant : $7,500 in unrestricted funds for your business, and $2,500 in funds reserved to develop your personal AI literacy. Why AI literacy?

Examples of social impact business models include, but are not limited to: Employment models for at-risk individuals (e.g.: experiencing housing instability, formerly incarcerated, abuse survivors, etc.) Sustainable/ circular/ up-cycling models for product development Reinvestment of profits into social causes or local communities Fair Trade/ B-Corp/ 1% For The Planet certifications What is the structure of the Launch Program?
The Launch Program is composed of a $10K cash grant, an eight-week training program, and access to an inclusive community of Launchers. While we recognize everyone’s business is their top priority, we encourage all grantees to make the necessary arrangements to attend our hour-long, online meeting-based training sessions. A detailed calendar of all sessions will be made available to grantees upon program acceptance.
