The Submission deadline has been extended until October 23, 2025 @ 1pm. The purpose of this RFGA is to solicit Applications for 1. Research causes, diagnoses, prevention, and treatment of pediatric cancer.
2. Develop new and novel approaches to researching causes, treating pediatric cancer, as well as the side effects of cancer treatment, including discovering developing new drugs, clinical trials, neurosurgery, other surgical interventions, diagnostics, and care management. 3.
The Applicant must be a hospital, university, research organization, or other not for profit organization engaging in pediatric cancer research. a. Applications for funding will not be accepted from For-Profit institutions or Federal or State government laboratories.
4. The Applicant must provide documentation that they are based in Ohio and the proposed research will be done within Ohio. a.
Grantees may be selected based on the anticipated Counties or Regions they will serve, with the goal of ensuring broad coverage across the state. Estimated Funding$5,000,000. 00 Award Ceiling$1,500,000.
